JSW Steel TMT bars, branded as JSW Neosteel are the best quality TMT bars available in India. Manufactured from virgin iron ore in state of the art rolling mills, every single running foot of JSW Neosteel TMT bars is free from impurities and has uniform properties.
Our best-in-class Hot Rolled coils are manufactured at Hot Strip Mills situated at Vijayanagar (Karnataka) and Dolvi (Maharashtra). It is the state-of-the-art equipment and manufacturing process that assures the highest quality of these coils. At Vijayanagar, HSM-I has commissioned a capacity of 3 MTPA and HSM-II has commissioned a capacity of 5 MTPA, equipped with sizing presses and an automatic line inspection facility. It is the widest Hot Strip Mill in India, capable of rolling up to 2150 mm. JSW Steels Dolvi unit in Maharashtra has commissioned a capacity of 3.6 MTPA. HR Steel is available in different forms coils, CTL (Cut to length), & Plates. JSW Steel supplies only coil form and CTL form which is branded as JSW Trusteel.
JSWs Cold Rolled Closed Annealed (CRCA) Coils and Sheets are produced through the cutting-edge Cold Rolling Mills (CRM) at Vijayanagar. The 3.3 Mtpa CRMs modern facilities, advanced operational technologies, strict inspection processes and integrated quality control, ensures an excellent product.
